5. PAID EXTRA CONTENT AND EXTRA SERVICESSubscription materials of the WOMAN INSIGHT platform may contain links to extra paid content and services that you may purchase at your discretion.
Also, you can purchase a single piece of WOMAN INSIGHT platform content for any month and year for an extra fee, provided that it is on sale.
We publish the current offer of extra paid content and services on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform or on extra landing pages.
Please note that some prepaid packages offer access to multiple courses at once. However, if this is not the case, you will need to purchase those Services separately in order to receive information materials on additional training programs.
Some training programs involve independent work and certain assignments (homework) that are part of the service delivery process.
Service cost
The cost of the services you purchase (package of services as part of a training program, course, subscription) is published by us on the product / service page on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform and / or on product pages, on other websites and social network pages of WOMAN INSIGHT INC.
6. USER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS For the convenience of using the services of the WOMAN INSIGHT community, after placing the first order for the Services, you will receive a user account (Account) on the WOMAN INSIGHT educational platform, as well as access to your user account to use our services. One user account is enough to use the services of WOMAN INSIGHT.
7. PAYMENT METHODSYou can get learn about the available methods of payment for our services on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform. In case of payment for services by bank transfer, you must inform us of the payment made and send a copy of documents confirming payment for services to the e-mail address indicated on the website.
For timely access to our services, please inform us about the payment in advance.
We reserve the right to change the payment method for the purchased product and / or refuse the previously offered payment method, offering alternative methods of payment for services, at any time at our discretion.
The Company has the right to provide either one or several payment options. The Company has the right at any time and at its sole discretion to change / remove any payment methods on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform without obligations of any notification of changes to these Terms.
8. REFUND POLICY AND POSTPONED SERVICESAfter placing an order and paying for the Services, in each individual case, you have the right to refuse to receive the Services and get a refund. You have the right to refuse to receive paid services by notifying us of this in advance, within the timeframe and in the manner prescribed by these Terms.
Online Opt Out Policy:
For online courses, the following cancellation procedure applies:
You have the right to refuse services provided online (access to recordings of training, webinars, courses and other content) before the start date of the course and providing access to recordings of training, webinars, courses and other content:
- in case of refusal of services provided online before the start date of the course and provision of access to recordings of training, webinars, courses and other content: the entire amount paid is subject to refund, except for the commission of the payment system associated with the refund;
- in case of refusal of services provided online on the day of the start of the course and the provision of access to the recordings of training, webinars and other content: the service is considered rendered and the paid amount is non-refundable.
The date of commencement of the provision of Services hereunder is the date of the start of the course and the date of provision of access to recordings of training, webinars and other content.
Terms of service provision
The client can use the paid online course no later than within 3 months from the date of payment.
If the client did not use the purchased online course within 3 months from the date of purchase, the funds for the purchased course are non-refundable.
Cancellation of services
To cancel services and request a refund, write to us at

To request a refund, be sure to tell us: your full name, TIN and e-mail specified when placing the order; the name of the Service (course, service package); the order date; payment information; reasons for refusal of services. Fill out the application in writing and send us a scanned copy of the application, as well as provide other necessary information.
You understand that if you do not provide the required information, we have the right to refuse a refund and ignore your request.
We reserve the right to terminate the concluded Agreement without giving any reasons, provided that we give you written notice no later than two (2) weeks before the planned date of termination.
Consequences of Cancellation of Services
If you submit a refund request within the specified timeframe, we will return to you all payments made for the Services (service package, membership subscription) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the request.
For a refund, we will use the same payment method that you used to pay for the services. We will also withhold from the refund amount all extra payment system fees associated with the refund.
If you did not use the services (did not take part in the event, master class or training, did not use the services provided online or did not take the online course) through no fault of ours or refused to continue using the services and taking online courses in violation of the specified terms and procedures, the cost of paid, but not actually used Services is not refundable.
Special Disclaimer Terms
We specifically reserve the right to set different disclaimer policies for individual Services (courses, products, marathons, broadcasts, workshops, webinars, intensives, etc.) by posting specific disclaimer terms on the product page.
Postponement of the terms of the provision of Services
No later than two (2) months from the date of payment for the Services (making a payment), you have the right to request the postponement of the terms of the provision of the Services to one of the two nearest calendar dates for the start of the relevant course and receive training within one of the two following course periods (subject to the conditions, the availability of a similar participation package equivalent to the one purchased in value), and we will inform you of the nearest calendar start dates for the corresponding course.
Postponement of the terms for the provision of Services is possible no more than once. If you request the postponement of the provision of services at a time and in the manner not established by this offer, you will lose the right to postpone the provision of services and the right to a refund.
In order to request a rescheduling of the provision of services, it is enough for you to notify us within the established timeframe in the following manner: write to us at

To register the transfer of the terms for the provision of services, be sure to tell us: your full name, TIN and e-mail specified when placing the order; the name of the service (course, service package); the order date; payment information; reasons for the postponement of the provision of services, as well as other necessary information. We definitely reserve the right to establish other rules for postponing the provision of services for individual services and / or products by amending this offer.
If at the time of applying for the transfer, the cost of the course has changed or Woman Insight has stopped providing access to this course, then the user / client has the right to take another course or purchase a package of services equivalent in value to the payment they made earlier.
WOMAN INSIGHT Platform Unsubscribe Policy
To cancel a subscription to the WOMAN INSIGHT platform, first go to the
Profile section, then to the
Purchases subsection. In the upper right corner of the widget displaying your subscription, click on the ellipsis symbol, which will open additional settings and click on the
Cancel Subscription field. After that, on the page that opens, click on the
Cancel Subscription button, then the
Continue Cancellation button until a message appears that your subscription has been cancelled.
If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, your card will not be charged any extra fee, and access to the services and all materials of the WOMAN INSIGHT platform for a month will be provided until the end of the trial period. The amount paid for using the subscription during the trial period is non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel the subscription, the debited amount will not be refunded and the service will continue to be provided until the last day paid for (inclusive) of the month in which the cancellation was made.
The user has the right to a refund only if there is no access to the paid subscription for 6 days, due to established technical problems that arose through the fault of WOMAN INSIGHT. A refund request is made in the manner and within the time limits set forth herein.
Policy of refusal of individual consultations of WOMAN INSIGHT experts
The user can cancel or reschedule the date and time of the consultation no later than one day before the booked date of the consultation.
If the user canceled the scheduled consultation less than a day before the booked consultation date, the user must contact our technical support to reschedule the consultation for the nearest available date and time as soon as possible. If the client has not contacted technical support before the date of the consultation, then the consultation is considered to be duly provided in full and on time and the payment for such consultation is non-refundable.
In order to request a rescheduling of the booked consultation date, you just need to write to us at
[email protected] within the established timeframe. To request the transfer, be sure to tell us: your full name, TIN and e-mail specified when placing the order; the name of the consultation; the order date; payment information; reasons for the postponement, as well as other necessary information.
If the client paid for the consultation and, for reasons beyond the control of the Company, did not get in touch at the appointed time, without notifying the expert more than a day before the booked date of the consultation, the consultation is considered to be duly provided in full and on time and the payment for such consultation is non-refundable.
Expiration of the cancellation period
In case of refusal to receive services in violation of the terms of refusal or the established procedure, no refund is made and such refusal is considered a violation hereof.
We may terminate our Agreement with you at any time if:
(A) you have violated any provision hereof (or have acted in a manner that clearly indicates your unwillingness or inability to comply herewith), or
(B) we are compelled to do so by legal requirements (for example, if the provision of services to you is illegal or ceases to be legal), or
(C) WOMAN INSIGHT terminates the provision of the Services in the country in which you reside or use the services,
(D) you violate the Terms, as well as in the event of a debt in payment for services;
(E) if you refuse to comply with or violate the rules of conduct on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform, we have the right not to allow you to attend classes and terminate the Agreement unilaterally.
If you attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform or grossly violate the Terms or we suspect you of doing so, we may suspend or completely block your access to the website and services.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the user's participation in the course or cancel their subscription to the platform unilaterally, while the Company is not obliged to refund the amount paid in case the user violates the rules of conduct on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform.
9. RIGHT TO USE THE CONTENT OF THE WOMAN INSIGHT PLATFORMDepending on the ordered services, you get access to certain content (information and training materials), the copyright and related rights to which are protected and belong to us, regardless of the fact of registration and the territory of their validity.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right (limited license) to use the content for non-commercial purposes under the terms of this agreement for the entire duration of the provision of services / paid subscription period, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the participation package.
You are warned that photographing, audio & video recording of the learning process (seminars, master classes, webinars, broadcasts, online courses, video recordings of classes or consultations) is strictly prohibited. If you violate this requirement, you will not be eligible to receive services.
Use of intellectual property
All rights to the WOMAN INSIGHT platform, including its constituent elements: design, structure, computer programs and databases, content and content management system, belong to WOMAN INSIGHT INC. All materials posted on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform, as well as materials provided to the user in the course of providing paid services (content) are subject to copyright, the rights to use which belong to WOMAN INSIGHT INC.
Any software available for download on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform is the intellectual property of the Company and/or its partners. The Company grants the user the right to use the software solely for the user's personal non-commercial use, while the fee for the use of such software is included in the price of subscription to the platform or in the cost of services offered on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform.
All rights to the software, including copyright and other exclusive rights in relation to such software, are reserved by the Company and / or the software manufacturer.
Copying, using (reproducing) and distributing materials posted on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform or provided to the user in the course of providing paid services, as well as the use of content for the purpose of conducting competitive activities, without the written permission of the copyright holder, is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose unless the right to do so has been granted to you by WOMAN INSIGHT INC in a separate written contract or agreement.
Any violation of copyright and related rights is prosecuted in accordance with the legislation of the country where services are provided and international law and entails civil, administrative and criminal liability.
10. LIABILITY FOR SERVICES OF IMPROPER QUALITYPrescriptions of the law
The provisions of the current legislation on the protection of consumer rights regarding claims for the provision of services of inadequate quality apply to the resulting relationship. Your statutory consumer rights will not be affected in any way.
Warranty Disclaimer
We make no guarantee that the use of the WOMAN INSIGHT Services will bring the results you expect.
We cannot promise you success. However, specific learning outcomes depend on many factors that we cannot influence, such as your individual learning abilities, as well as bona fide completion of homework and our recommendations. Therefore, the results of different users can be very different when using the same services.
You understand that your disagreement with the rules of conduct on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform, the opinion of our experts, the methodology and content of training programs is not a basis for a refund.
You make the decision to purchase services on your own voluntarily and without coercion.
11. LIABILITYGeneral Provisions
In case of violation of obligations by the Parties, provision of false information at the conclusion or in the course of execution of the transaction, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established hereby.
We are liable for:
- violation of the Terms and the established procedure for the provision of services;
- violation of the terms of the provision of services;
- provision of Services of inadequate quality.
- violation of the terms of the Privacy Policy
We are not liable for:
- the inability to provide services for reasons beyond our control, including force majeure, disruption of communication lines, malfunction of equipment and software that does not belong to us;
- full or partial interruptions in the provision of services related to the replacement of equipment, software or other work caused by the need to maintain operability and develop technical means (subject to prior notice to the user);
- violation of the security of the equipment and software used by you to use the services;
- loss of confidential information or part of it, if this is not our fault;
- any losses of third parties that have arisen through no fault of ours;
- for the accuracy of the payment details entered by the user in the payment system;
- for the reliability, accuracy, completeness or quality of any information provided to you by Experts or third parties on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform.
The Client understands and agrees that, by using the WOMAN INSIGHT platform, they can receive information that is subjective and evaluative.
You are liable for:
- use by third parties of your credentials used to gain access to the materials and services of the WOMAN INSIGHT platform;
- use of materials posted on the platform or provided during the provision of the Services for the purpose of their subsequent resale, distribution or transfer to third parties or for the purpose of conducting competitive activities;
- violation of the Terms of Service;
- violation of payment terms;
- misuse of the platform and, in particular, interfering with the operation of the platform and available services or attempting to access them bypassing our instructions;
- the accuracy of the payment details entered by you in the payment system;
- compliance with the rules of conduct on the WOMAN INSIGHT platform;
- providing WOMAN INSIGHT with false information about the cardholder or unauthorized use of someone else's banking card.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any action or claim is limited to the amount of the service purchased that was of inadequate quality or delivered out of time.
In the event that we violate the terms for the provision of services, our liability is limited solely to:
- extending the terms for the provision of services or
- providing services in a new timeframe until our obligations are fully fulfilled.
Liability of Our Employees and Agents
Where our liability is limited or excluded, the same limitation or exclusion of liability applies to our employees or agents.
12. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT AND MATERIALS YOU POSTContent Disclaimer
We are not responsible for the content you post, but we moderate user content consistently and systematically and may remove it for violations. We can also block users who distribute such content and terminate the provision of services for them without a refund for the paid service.
Legal Compliance
When posting your own content, you must comply with the laws of the State of Delaware, the United States and your country of residence. Your content must also not violate the rights of third parties.
We have the right to remove any content posted by you at any time if we believe that it violates the rights of third parties or legal requirements.

A user who has found prohibited or inappropriate content or another user who distributes such content can complain by writing to the e-mail address (hidden), after which WOMAN INSIGHT will immediately respond to violations and block prohibited and inappropriate content and the user who distributes it.
Indemnification
If you violate the requirements hereof, you must indemnify us for all losses incurred in connection with the satisfaction of the claims of third parties (whose rights you have violated). We reserve the right to make claims for losses and other claims against you by way of recourse.
13. TERM The Terms are effective until modified or withdrawn by WOMAN INSIGHT.
Termination (revocation) of these Terms will not affect any legal rights, obligations and responsibilities that were in force for you and WOMAN INSIGHT and arose prior to the termination of the Terms.

If you do not object to the validity of the new Terms and Conditions and continue to use the Services, the new version of the Terms is deemed accepted by you.
You understand and agree that your use of the Services after the Terms have changed is deemed by us as your acceptance thereof.
16. GENERAL LEGAL CONDITIONSValidity of Provisions
If any judicial authority having jurisdiction over this matter finds that any provision hereof is invalid, then the relevant provision will be removed herefrom and the remaining provisions hereof will remain in effect.
The remaining provisions hereof will continue to be valid and may be enforced by courts.
Governing Law
The relationship between the Parties is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the Convention on International Sales Contracts. In terms of consumer protection legislation, the laws of the user's country of residence apply.
17. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ORGANIZATIONSIf you are a legal entity, the individual who has accepted the terms on behalf of your organization (to resolve any doubt, the term
